Jeremy's week ahead

On Monday Jeremy will be in the constituency office. In the evening he will be holding a meeting with Parent Council members to discuss educational issues which are of prime importance to schools in the Borders.

On Tuesday morning Jeremy will meet with the director of the Scottish Council of Independent Schools (SCIS) for an update. He will then be meeting the President of the Stirling University Students' Association to discuss student finance.

On Wednesday morning Jeremy will be in the Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee. He will then be meeting the Minister for Children, Adam Ingram MSP, for a briefing on Kinship Care Allowances. In the afternoon, he will be holding a meeting with a member of the 'Clean Scotland Action Group' to discuss how litter pollution in Scotland can be reduced. Jeremy will then be in the chamber for the Ministerial Statement on Free Personal Care followed by the Scottish Government Debate on International Framework. In the evening he will be attending the Digital UK Parliamentary Reception in the Garden Lobby.

On Thursday Jeremy will be in the chamber for First Minister's Question Time, Themed Question Time and the Government Debate on Effective Public Services.

On Friday morning Jeremy will be in the constituency. In the afternoon he will be meeting with representatives from the Children and Young People's Planning Team to discuss the Local Youth Strategy. He will then be holding his regular surgery in the Peebles Citizen Advice Bureau from 4.30-6pm. Constituents are welcome to drop in at any point between those times. In the evening Jeremy will be attending an A7 Action Group meeting.

On Saturday Jeremy will be visiting the Family Mediation Centre for a tour and update.
