MICHAEL MOORE'S WEEK AHEAD: MONDAY 26 - FRIDAY 30 MAY 2008

10.50.56am BST (GMT +0100) Sat 24th May 2008

This week Parliament is in recess. Here are some highlights of what I will be doing:

"On Monday and Tuesday I will be in the office focusing on constituency casework and campaigns.

"On Wednesday morning I will be meeting with the Corporate Affairs Manager of Tesco. Later on I will be meeting the Managing Director of Peter Scott and Company in Hawick, followed by a meeting with the Anglo-Scottish Fishermen's Association.

"On Thursday morning I will be meeting a constituent about the development of tourism in the Borders before an update meeting with the Royal Highland Agricultural Society. I will then be meeting the President and Chief Executive of the National Farmers Union of Scotland followed by the Spring Area meeting of the Lowland Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Association.

"On Friday morning I will be attending the Jedburgh Development Conference organised by the Jedburgh Alliance. My surgeries this week will be in the Community Centre in Eyemouth between 3pm and 4pm and then in the Volunteer Hall in Duns between 4.30pm and 5.30pm."
